Dr Leonard Kwan – Principal Dentist

Dr Leo is the owner and principal dentist of Floss Dental. Since graduating from the University Of Sydney in 2003, he has worked in private practice across Sydney for the past 10 years before finding the perfect location for his own clinic.

Dr Leo has a genuine interest in providing healthy, aesthetic smiles and improving the quality, function, and appearance of your teeth. He attends regular seminars and lectures to keep up to date with the latest treatment, technology and trends in Dentistry. No problem is too small or too big, and his calm, caring manner allows patients to feel relaxed and well looked after. He believes dentistry is not meant to be scary!

Dr Victoria Ito – Dentist

Dr Victoria is a graduate of the University Of Melbourne. She is friendly and easy-going and prioritises making her patients feel safe and heard. She believes in treating the patient holistically and ensures that they are well informed before they make choices regarding their oral health.

In her free time Dr Victoria enjoys exploring Sydney’s food scene and catching up with friends.

Jocelyn – Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Jocelyn has worked for many years in the service industry and brings with her a wealth of experience. She is an extremely caring dental assistant and will make sure you feel well looked after while in the dental chair. Jocelyn loves trying different types of cuisine and enjoys baking in her spare time.

Yoffie – Dental Assistant

Yoffie is studying her degree in Psychology at the University of Sydney. She has a gentle and caring nature which will make you feel at ease during your visit. In her spare time Yoffie enjoys drawing, listening to music and exploring our beautiful country. She is also a big lover of spicy food and her adorable pet dog.

Carmen – Dental Assistant

Carmen is studying her degree in Engineering and Business at the University of Technology. She has a wonderful can do attitude and really loves interacting with our patients. You can be sure you will be her priority when you are in the dental chair. Her hobbies include drawing and arts and craft.

  I’ve been a patient here for many years. Dr Leo and his team are attentive and I’ve never had any issues with the service provided. Dr Leo is very experienced, knowledgeable, super gentle and I’ve always had pain free treatment. He is also very honest and transparent when explaining my treatment options and takes the time to answer my questions. Clinic is also very clean and organised, which is important during covid times.   Dr Leo and his team are brilliant! I have been a patient for years and would never go anywhere else. Just the other day I had a sore tooth and they fit me in the next day! Dr Leo said, ‘We will take care of you.’ And he always does his best work! The staff are very nice and Dr Leo listens thoughtfully and always explains his process clearly. Dr Leo’s dentistry skills are superb and his offices are super high-tech and very clean and comfortable. There is even a TV on the ceiling to watch ‘Iron Chef’ to keep me amused while they work.   I've been going to see Dr Leo at Floss Dental for almost ten years. Leo is friendly and professional and does great work. He also recommends what he thinks is the best option, not what's the most expensive. I recommend him to my friends in Sydney when they need a new dentist.
